**Guests with Allergies** - While we do our best to ensure we limit cross contamination, we are not an allergen-free kitchen. In addition, due to the limited space in our kitchen, we are unable to guarantee complete separation of equipment. If purchasing this package, please reach out to reservation@lyseenyc.com about whether we are able to accommodate your allergy.

A: We do not currently offer delivery. We do offer take-out on our second floor, as well as pre-order pick ups.
For those who are unable to make our take-out time frames in person, we suggest using a package delivery service such as Uber Package for pick-up of our products.

Keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days of purchase.Seasonal Non-Dairy Juice:

Best consumed immediately but can be held up to 24 hours in a dry, cool place.Patisserie:
Best consumed within 24 hours but can be stored for up to 2 days after purchase when kept refrigerated.Cookies:
Keep stored in a cool, dry place and consume within 24 hours.Shortbreads:
Best consumed day of but can be stored for up to 2 days after purchase when kept refrigerated.
Financier & Teddy Bear Duo:
Best when consumed within 24 hours but can be held up to 3 days in cool, dry place.Pound Cakes:
Keep stored in a cool, dry place and consume within 1 week. Best served at room temperature.Lysée Gateaux Collection & Madeleine Collection:

Due to how delicate our patisserie items are, we do not recommend leaving them outside of refrigeration for longer than 1 hour, 30-40 minutes in warmer seasons. If you will be traveling, we are able to include ice packs upon request. We also have an insulated bag available for purchase.
Please keep the products as level as possible as well.

*Please note that we request a minimum of two weeks notice in order to secure for the private events.

We do offer options for those who are nut-free, dairy-free, or gluten-free which are listed on our menu.
While we do our absolute best to ensure the safety for our guests by limiting cross-contamination within our kitchen as well as listing each items allergens on the menu, we are not an allergen-free kitchen.
